How to eat like a ninja!

First off, ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! Breakfast is the most important meal.
Breakfast: toast, apple, orange juice
SECOND OF ALL, eat lunch! (unless your too busy kicking some bad guys butt)
Lunch: apple, mac'n'cheese, sandwich, and juice or soda
Then DINNER!!!!
Dinner: pizza, v8 juice, blueberries, and an apple

AS you have noticed, apples are a very important part of a ninjas life.

Remember, eat like a ninja!
